Lineage Construction provides all phases of Construction Management (CM) Services during the pre-construction phase. Producing quality drawings and specifications is critical to a project’s success. The CM team  analyzes drawing amendments to ensure details and changes developed at project meetings are incorporated. This requires a continuous dialog within the team and with client representatives. Job site visits are conducted and building logistical issues are considered. Our goal is to provide a complete and accurate bid package, maximizing value engineering and incorporating cost options  and materials substitutions as identified during the design process.
