Lineage was hired as the residential general contractor to renovate and improve a luxury condominium located in the Olympic Tower in midtown of New York City. The Olympic Tower is a 51-story building in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, at 641 Fifth Avenue between East 51st and 52nd streets. The tower was constructed by shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis and his company, Victory Development, in a joint venture partnership with Arlen Realty & Development Corporation. It was originally designed by Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (SOM) in 1976 and was the first mixed-use, high-rise building on Fifth Avenue.
Our project within the Olympic Towers entailed meeting the most stringent quality guidelines for their high-end interiors for the multi-million-dollar condominium renovation. The work included building out a full-service luxury kitchen, stunning master bathroom, walk-in closet, powder room and overall custom wood flooring restoration. We installed customized fixtures and luxury fittings throughout the unit.
