Lineage, in conjunction with the architect MKDA, completed a full floor build-out for this American financial planning company at 41 East 11^th Street. The new space, which includes executive boardrooms, private offices and a lounge, is serving as the firms New York Headquarters. The centerpiece of the project was the new staircase which required the saw cutting of the existing slab, installation of new structural steel beams and relocation of necessary electrical, mechanical, and life safety system. The space also includes private offices, open workspaces, conference rooms, extensive telecommunication, data facilities and audiovisual installations.
