FIG, one of the industry’s leading creative agencies, hired Lineage Construction to build out their new office space in the heart of SoHo. Rollmann Architect’s design highlighted the building’s 19th century exposed brick and wood beams, bringing a modern look to a classic New York space. The refined, yet industrial work space includes open-concept seating, numerous conference rooms, pantries and a statement-making connecting staircase.
