Downtown Music Publishing

Lineage gutted and renovated the Downtown Music Publishings new corporate offices at 155 Avenue of the Americas. The worked involved creating a sophisticated, comfortable, collaborative space for the firm.

Details of  this project include high end millwork, resurface concrete floors, significant AV,  telecommunications, new conference and training rooms, elevated loft seating  areas, mechanical, electrical and HVAC work.

The project was in partnership with TKO as owner’s representative, Nelson Architects and MG Engineering as the professional team.
